A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF'PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING INTERFUND TRANSFER LOANS FOR
FUNDING OF PRELIMINARY COSTS FOR ULID #1.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE THAT:
WHEREAS, costs for preparation of ULID #1 are
being incurred, and inasmuch as payment of these costs
is to be made.
THEREFORE, The City Treasurer of the City of
Port Orchard be and hereby is authorized to make temporary
interfund transfer loans as needed, to be repaid with interest
at 7% per annum:
Water -Sewer Cumulative Reserve Fund to the
Wastewater Facilities Construction Fund
PASSED by the City Council and Approved by the
Mayor this 28th day of February, 1983.
