A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY TRANSFER WITHIN
FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, Federal Shared Revenue Regulation
Section 51.15 allows for expending funds less than 25% of
total Federal Shared Revenue Budget Monies without public
hearings.
THEREFORE, the City Treasurer is hereby authorized
to transfer the following:
The amount of Four Hundred Seventy -Five Dollars
($475.00) from Federal Shared Revenue -Police Department -
bullet proof vests (199-521.00.64) to Federal Shared Revenue -
Police Department -service revolvers (199-521.0064)
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 23rd day of May, 1983.
