A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY TRANSFER WITHIN
FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, Federal Shared Revenue Regulation
Section 51.15 allows for expending funds less than 25% of
total Federal Shared Revenue Budget Monies without public
hearings.
THEREFORE, the City Treasurer is hereby authorized
to transfer the following:
The amount of Nine Hundred Seventy Eight Dollars
($978.00) from Federal Shared Revenue -Fire Department Radio
(199-522.10.64) to Federal Shared Revenue -Fire Department -
Rescue and Emergency Aid, Vetter Bags (199-526.30.64).
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 13th day of June, 1983.
