RESOLUTION NO. 1299
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY -TRANSFER WITHIN
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, RCW 35.33.121 allows for transfer
between individual appropriations within any one fund by
order of the city's chief administrative officer subject
to regulations imposed by the city's legislative body.
THEREFORE, the City Treasurer is hereby authorized
to transfer the following:
The amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) from
Current Expense -Police Communications, Repair and Maintenance
to Current Expense -Police Communcations, Capital Outlay to
provide for the purchase of typewriter.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 13th day of June, 1983.
