A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY CHANGE WITHIN
FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, Federal Shared Revenue Regulation Section
51.15 allows for expending funds less than 250 of total.
Federal Shared Revenue Budget Mones without public hearings,
WHEREAS, the City Council did approve the 1983
Federal Shared Revenue Budget to include a Parks Summer
Activities Program with a total expenditure of $7,000. The
allocation was Salaries $6,OOO and Benefits $1,000.
WHEREAS, budgeted allocations did not include
provision for supplies, equipment, communciations and etc
which are necessary for this type of program.
THEREFORE, the City Treasurer is hereby authorized
to change budget allocations as needed for the Parks Summer
Activities Program with the total budget remaining at �7,000.
PASSED by the City Coucnil and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 27th day of June, 1983.
