A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE OF PUBLIC
i HEARING ON A PETITION FOR A VACATION OF
A PORTION OF AN UNNAMED ALLEYWAY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Port Orchard, Washington, as follows:
Special
THAT a/Public Hearing on the petition for Vacation
of a portion of an unnamed alley further described as follows,
is hereby fixed for Monday, August/.5, 1983, at5 Co P.M.
in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street
Port Orchard, Washington.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That portion of alley
lying between lots 7 through 19 and Lots
30 through 42, Block 2, Sweany's 2nd
Addition to Sidney according to Plat
recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, Page 18,
in Kitsap County, Washington.
The aforesaid alley is twenty feet (20') wide and
three hundred twenty five feet (325') long containing 6500
square feet.
The Petiitoner is the owner of an interest in real
estate abutting on the above described area.
The Petitioner constitutes more than two-thirds of
the owners of said portions of abutting property.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that proceedings be had
hereon for the Vacation of said area of said alleyway in the
manner prescribed by RCW 35.79.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 25th day of July, 1983.
