A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY TRANSFER WITHIN
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, RCW 35.33.121 allows for transfer
between individual appropriations within any one fund by
order of the city's chief administrative officer subject
to regulations imposed by the city's legislative body.
THEREFORE, the City Treasurer is hereby authorized
to transfer the following:
The amount of One Hundred Twenty Five Dollars and
no cents ($125) from Current Expense -Police Investigations,
Office and Operating Supplies to Current Expense -Police
Investigations, Capitol Outlay to provide for the purchase
of one typewriter.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 25th day of July, 1983.
