A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION OF
THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD IN A SERVICE
DISTRICT OF SOUTH KITSAP COUNTY
.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
THAT: pursuant to RCW $4.52.052 as amended,
the City Council of the City of Port Orchard approves
the inclusion of the area within it's corporate limits
in a South Kitsap County Service area for funding a
capital expenditure for construction of roads and
bridge commonly known as the By -Pass Project.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by
the Mayor this 25th day of July, 1983.
