A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN WASTEWATER
FACILITIES PROJECT CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS
FOR SCHEDULES A, B, C, AND D.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to sign contracts with the following
contractors relative to construction Wastewater Facilities
Project:
Humphrey Contractors, Inc: Schedule A(pump station)
Schedule C(treatment plant)
Hos Bros. Construction:
General Construction:
Schedule B(force main)
Schedule D(outfall)
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor of the City of Port Orchard on'this 8th day of August,
1983.
