A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AGREEMENT
WITH KITSAP COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT #1
RELATIVE TO USE OF TACTICAL EQUIPMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Ochard be
and hereby is authorized to sign an Agreement with Kitsap
County Fire District #1 relative to use of Tactical
Equipment.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 8th-.day of August, 1983.
