A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY CHANGE WITHIN
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, RCW 35.33.121 allows for transfer
between individual appropriations within any one fund by
order of the City's Chief Administrative Officer subject
to regulations imposed by the City's legislative body.
THEREFORE, the City Treasurer is hereby authorized
to transfer the following:
The amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100) from
Current Expense -Fire Department (Facilities -Operating Rentals)
to Current Expense -Fire Department (Rescue & Emergency -Aid -
Intergovernmental Services) to fund "Operational Cost Agreement
Tactical Response Van".
