A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY CHANGE WITHIN
FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, Federal Shared Revenue Regulation Section
51.15 allows for expending funds less than 25% of total
Federal Shared Revenue Budget Monies without public hearings.
THEREFORE, the City Treasurer is hereby authorized
to transfer the following:
The amount of One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120)
from Federal Shared Revenue -Personnel Services (Supplies)
to Federal Shared Revenue -Personnel Services (Other Services
and Charges) to provide funds for Civil Service Commission
members to attend civil service workshop.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
