1313 - Resolution - Community Development Block GrantRESOLUTION NO. 1313-v'*—
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard is applying to the State
of Washington for a Community. Development Block
Grant, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that certain conditions be met as
part of the application requirements, and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has.conducted at least
one public hearing as part of the application
process to receive and consider citizen comments
on community needs and proposed activities, and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard,shall agree to comply
with all applicable federal and state regulations:
in the event this application is selected for
funding.
NOW, THEREFORE,.be it resolved that Lee'F. Caldwell, the
Mayor, is authorized to submit this application
to the State of Washington on behalf of the City
of Port Onccard.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROiIED by the
Mayor this 12th day of September, 1983.
