A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY CHANGE WITHIN
FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, Federal Shared Revenue Regulation Section
51.15 allows for expending funds less than 25% of total
Federal Shared Revenue Budget Monies without public hearings.
THEREFORE, The City Treasurer is hereby authorized
to transfer the following:
The amount of Sixty Five Dollars ($65) from Federal
Shared Revenue -Fire Department, Suppression (Capital Outlay)
to Federal Shared Revenue -Rescue and Emergency Aid (Capital
Outlay -Vetter Bags).
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 26th day of September, 1983.
