A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY CHANGE WITHIN
FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, Federal Shared Revenue Regulations Section
51.15 allows for expending funds less than 25% of total
Federal Shared Revenue Budget Monies without public hearings.
THEREFORE, The City Treasurer is hereby authorized
to transfer the following:
The amount of Two Thousand Four Hundred Seventy -
Seven Dollars ($2,477.) from Federal Shared Revenue -Financial
& Administrative (Machinery & Equipment) to Federal Shared
Revenue -Other Governmental Services (Harbor Area Lease)
to allow payment of annual rental for aquatic lease -water
front parking area.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 24th day of October, 1983.
