A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN CONTRACT
RELATIVE TO AMENDMENTS TO WASTEWATER
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT CONTRACT BETWEEN
CITY OF PORT ORCHARD AND KITSAP COUNTY
SEWER DISTRICT NO. 5
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: the Mayor of the City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to sign City of Port Orchard -
Kitsap County Sewer District No. 5 Wastewater Facilities
Management Contract Amendments adding subparagraphs
relative to both parties sharing debt service coverage
requirements for the revenue bonds issued by the City of
Port Orchard.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor of the City of Port Orchard on this 28th day of
November, 1983.
