A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN MUTUAL AID
CONTRACT FOR SUPPLEMENTAL LAW ENFORCEMENT
SERVICES WITH THE KITSAP COUNTY SHERIFF'S
OFFICE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to sign the Mutual Aid Contract for
Supplemental Law Enforcement Services with the Kitsap County
Sheriff's Office as per Council action November 14, 1983.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor of the City of Port Orchard on this 5th day of
January, 1984.
