A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN ACCEPTANCE
OF EDA LOAN AND GRANT OFFER PROJECT NO.
07-01-02700 TO FUND BYPASS PROJECT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the. City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to sign Acceptance of Offer of
Loan and Grant as presented by United Stated Department of
Commerce, Project No. 07-01-02700.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 28th day of November, 1983.
