A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE SECOND
AGREEMENT TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT CONTRACT NO. B-82-DC-53-0001-8219
BETWEEN WASHINGTON STATE PLANNING AND
COMMUNITY AFFAIRS AGENCY AND THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to sign the Second amendment
the the Community Development Block Grant Contract No.
B-82-DC-53-0001-8219 between the Washington State Planning
and Community Affairs Agency and the City of Port Orchard
expanding the Community Development Block Grant to include
Kitsap County Sewer District #5 in the project area.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 28th day of November, 1983.
