1279 - Resolution - Community Development Block GrantRESOLUTION 12-79
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard is applying to the State
of Washington for a Community Development Block Grant, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that.certain conditions be met as
part of the application requirements.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has conducted at least one
public hearing as part of the application process, to receive
and consider citizen comments on community needs and proposed
activities.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard shall enter into.and agree to
the assurances contained in the application and attached, now,
therefore be it resolved:
That Paul D. Powers, Jr., the Mayor is authorized to submit
this application to the State of Washington.on behalf of the
City of Port Orchard.
