DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to negiotate and sign a contract. -
relative to purchase of three parcels of property from the
Department of Veteran Affairs which will be utilized for
Wastewater Treatment Facilties.
PASSED by the City Council and.APPROVED by the
Mayor this 8th day of February, 1982.
