A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY TRANSFER WITHIN
FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHRD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, Federal Shared Reveue Regulations
Section 51.15 allows for expending funds less than 10%
of total Federal Shared Reveue Budget Monies without
public hearings.
THEREFORE, The City Treasurer is hereby authorized
to transfer the amount of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000)
from Federal Shared Revenue Road & Street Maintenance
(199-542.30) to Federal Shared Revenue Storm Drainage
(199-541.10) . .
