RESOLUTION NO. 1285
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL USE
PERMIT TO ROBERT & CLAUDETTE SCHIAEFLI
FOR A SPECIFIC USE OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY
WHICH IS IN HARMONY WITH THE VARIOUS ELEMENTS
OR OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND
IS NOT DETRIMENTAL TO EXISTING USES PERMITTED
IN THAT PARTICULAR ZONE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: Whereas the City Planning Commission has
held the required public hearings in accordance with the
criteria set forth in Chapter 5 (Special Use Permits) of
Ordinance No. 1163, Zoning Ordinance of the City of Port
Orchard, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has
recommended approval of the application of Robert & Claudette
Schiaefli, and has recorded with the City Clerk their decision
setting forth their findings and recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard does hereby approve that a Special Use Permit be issued
in accordance with conditions imposed by Ordinance No. 1163
Chapter 5 and the following additional conditions:
(a) That owner and/or developer conform with
Planning Commission Resolution No. 023-82
(b) That owner and/or developer upgrade alleyway
as per Engineer's office requirements
(c) Sign to be unlighted
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 7, Block 006 & Lot 10,
Block 006, Stevens Small Town of Sidney, Records Kitsap County,
WA
PASSED by the City Council and.APPROVED by the Mayor
this 27th day of December, 1982.
