A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AGREEMENT
FOR PREPARATION OF "TRUE COST ESTIMATE"
AND A "RELOCATION PLANT" FOR THE PORT
ORCHARD BYPASS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The Mayor of the City of Port Orchard be
and hereby is authorized to sign an agreement with Pac
West Land and Field Services Company for preparation of a
"True Cost Estimate" and a "Relocation Plan" on the Port
Orchard By -Pass Project.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 27th day of December, 1982.
