AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN CONTRACT_
WITH KITSAP COUNTY RELATIVE TO DETENTION/
INCARCERATION OF ADULTS IN COUNTY JAIL
THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DOES .HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: THe Mayor`of the City of Port Orchard ..'
be .and hereby is authorized -to sign contract with
Kitsap County relative to detention/incarceration of
adult persons arrested by:City;police officers or
committed to confinement by it's courts;.
PASSED by the Council of the. City: of Port
Orchard and APPROVED by the Mayor.this,llth day.of
