1246 - Resolution - Special use permit to David and Patricia Bourbeau regarding comprehensive plankv r fl F ,n w F: €r o f a : r f a: co [] KID .P w U., i Y U11ii01 % RESOLUTION NO. 1246 0 "- ,RIsYLUTIO'N OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD R' APPROVING THE ISSUANCE Of' A SPEC..�AL USE QQ PERMIT TO DAVID AND PATRICIA BOURBEAU FOR A SPECIFIC USE OF A PARCEL OF' PROPERTY WHICH IS IN HARMONY WITH THE VARIOUS ELEMENTS OR OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND IS NOT DETRIMENTAL TO FXCSTING USES PERMITED IN THAT PARTICULAR ZONE THE CLTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: THAT: Whereas, the City Planning Commission has held the required publ-ic hearings in accordance with the criteria set forth in Chapter 5 (Special Use Permits) of Ordinance No. 899, Zoning Ordinance of they City of Port Orchard,. and WHEREAS, thy, City Planning Commission has recommended approval of theapplication of David and Patricia. Bourbeau, owners of record, and has recorded with the City Clerk their decision setting forth their findings and recommendations of conditions. TOEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Port Orchard approve that a Special Use Permit be issued in accordance with -the fallowing conditions 1. That the total number of square: feet used for commercial purposes as requested (approx. 500 sq. ft.) shall not be increased without further Council action. 2. That the proponents maintain the existing parking agreement as long as the 'Use granted by this permit exists. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Block 12, Lot 10 PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 22nd day of June, 1981.
