RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD

O PERMIT TO YVONNE WILLIAMS FOR A SPECIFIC
Q` USE OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY WHICH IS IN
co HARMONY WITH THE VARIOUS ELEMENTS OR
OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND IS
NOT DETRIMENTAL TO EXISTING USES PERMITTED
IN THAT PARTICULAR ZONE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: Whereas, the City Planning Commission has
held the required public hearings in accordance with the
criteria set forth in Chapter 5 (Special Use Permits) of
Ordinance No.1063, Zoning Ordinance of the City of Port
Orchard.
THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard does approve that a Special Use Permit be issued to
Yvonne Williams for property located at 657 Sroufe Street
to allow use of one unit of a duplex to be used as a ceramic
shop.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lots 1-4, Block 6,
Railroad Addition to Sidney, Section 25,
Township 24, Range l East, W.M.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
