A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON FIXING THE HEARING ON A PETITION
FOR VACATION OF A PORTION OF AN ALLEY
LOCATED SOUTHWEST OF TACOMA AVENUE AND KENDALL
STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
o Orchard, Washington, -as follows:.
That a hearing on the petition for vacation of a
ortion of an alley located Southwest of Tacoma Avenue and
Kendall, further described as follows, is hereby fixed for
Monday, December 8,.1980, at 7:30 P.M, in the City Council_.
J Chamber, City hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard,
Washington.
Lots lthrough 5, Block 1, and Lots`1 through
5, Block 2, recorded in Plat of Pottery
Addition to Sidney, Volume 1 page 68, Records
of. Kitsap County, Washington.
The petitioner is the ownerof an interest in
real estate abutting on the above described area.
The petitioner constitutes more than two-thirds
of the owner of said portions of abutting property.
WHEREFORE Petitioner prays that proceedings be had
hereon for the vacaiton of said area of said street in the.`
manner prescribed by RCW 36.79,
