WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on a Petition to Vacate a portion of Rockwell Avenue right of way, further described as follows, in accordance with RCW 35.79.035 was held Monday, November 23, 1998 at 7:35 PM in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington, and WHEREAS, the City Council did approve the Petition to Vacate a portion of Rockwell Avenue right of way, as presented by Sandy and John O'Donnell, and WHEREAS, the Petitioner has submitted compensation as set by the City, now therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: THAT a portion of Rockwell Avenue right of way, is vacated as requested in Petition to Vacate as submitted by Sandy and John O'Donnell, described as follows: LEGAL DESCRIPTION: ATTACHMENT "A" PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 14th day of December, 1998.
