AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 655 (1956 Fire
Codes); ORDINANCE NO. 894 (1965 Fire Codes);
ORDINANCE NOS. 900, 917 (1971 Fire Codes);
ORDINANCE NO. 928 (1973 Fire Codes); ORDINANCE
NO. 998 (1976 Fire Codes); ORDINANCE NO. 1108
(1979 Fire Codes); ORDINANCE NO. 1218 (1982 Fire
Codes); ORDINANCE NO. 1318 (1985 Fire Codes) Port
Orchard Municipal Code 15.12.
WHEREAS, it has been found that as some specific ordinances
were updated in the past, the prior ordinance(s) may not have been repealed in
an appropriate manner, in whole or in part, and
WHEREAS, it is the city's desire to correct the confusion and
potential conflicts or errors that may have or has created within the Port
Orchard Municipal Code, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. REPEALER. The following are hereby repealed:
