1680 - Ordinance - Repealing Ordinance No. 1152 Fines-PenaltiesORDINANCE NO. 1680 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1152, Sections 4, 5 and 6 (P.O.M.C. 10.20) FINES - PENALTIES. WHEREAS, it has been found that as some specific ordinances were updated in the past, the prior ordinance(s) may not have been repealed in an appropriate manner, in whole or in part, and WHEREAS, it is the city's desire to correct the confusion and potential conflicts or errors that may have or has created within the Port Orchard Municipal Code. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS Section 1. REPEALER. The following are hereby repealed: Sections 4, 5 and 6 of Ordinance No. 1152, enacted November 24, 1980.
