1696 - Ordinance - Amending the 1997 BudgetORDINANCE NO. 1696 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1997, ORDERING APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY TRANSFER. NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the following appropriations of revenue received in excess of anticipated amounts, from other financing sources, interfund loans and unencumbered portions of fund balances are hereby ordered: (a) An amount of $ 150,000.00 to Current Expense Fund for General Government Department Services, Police Department and Fire Department. (b) An amount of $ 100,000.00 to the Street Fund. (c) An amount of $1,950.00 to the 6-Year Special Emergency Medical Levy Fund. (d) An amount of $3,000.00 to the By -Pass Debt Reserve Fund. (e) An amount of $300,000.00 to the Water -Sewer Operating Fund.
