ENROLLMENT OF FIREMEN UNDER CHAPTER 41.23 RCW
(POMC 2.12.032) PROVISIONS FOR PAYMENT OF
NECESSARY FEES; ORDINANCE NO. 921 AND 974 (POMC
2.12.010) APPOINTMENT OF FIRE CHIEF.
WHEREAS, The City of Port Orchard and Kitsap County Fire District No. 7 have
entered into an Agreement for the District to provide fire protection to the City commencing
January 3, 1998, now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. REPEALER. Effective January 3, 1998 the following Ordinances
are hereby repealed:
(1) Ordinance No. 372, enacted June 27, 1927, in its entirety
Port Orchard Municipal Code 2.12.020
Powers and duties of fire chief.
(2) Ordinance No. 614, enacted January 11, 1954
Port Orchard Municipal Code 2.12.040 —
Registry of Firemen's Attendance,
(3) Ordinance No. 822, enacted March 10, 1969

Enrollment of Firemen Under Chapter 41.23 RCW,

Provisions for Payment of Necessary Fees
(4) Ordinance No. 921, enacted August 27, 1973 and Ordinance No. 974,
