1643 - Ordinance - Amending Ordinance 1626 Amending Salary ScheduleORDINANCE NO. 1643 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1626 BY AMENDING THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR EMPLOYEES and REIMBURSEMENT RATE FOR RESIDENT VOLUNTEERS OF THE CITY OF �n PORT ORCHARD FOR THE YEAR 1995 "\ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Port Orchard has negotiated and signed labor agreements with Teamsters Local No. 589 establishing salaries and benefits 1n for uniformed; non -uniformed employees, and International Association of Firefighters Local No. 2819 (IAFF 2819 contract no settled), and V� WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1524 has provided for salaries and benefits for non -union employees, and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1525 has provided for salaries and benefits for management employees of the City of Port Orchard, and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1533 establishes a rate of compensation for City Council members, and WHEREAS, Resolutiion No. 1386 establishes a rate for reimbursement of expenses incurred by Port Orchard Volunteer Firefighters.
