AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, REPEALING
ORDINANCES AS FOLLOWS TO ABOLISH INACTIVE FUNDS:
ORDINANCE NO. 387 (POMC 3.04.010-013 L.I.D. Guarantee
Fund), ORDINANCE NO. 553 (POMC 3.04.020-021 Parks Fund),
ORDINANCE NO. 888 (POMC 3.04.050 Emergency Employment
Act Fund), ORDINANCE NO. 904 (POMC 3.04.060 Federal
Shared Revenue), ORDINANCE NO. 954 (POMC 3.04.080
Cumulative Reserve Fund for Street Capital Improvements
Matching Funds), ORDINANCE NO. 991 (POMC 3.04.090 Public
Works Employment Act Of 1976 Fund), ORDINANCE NO. 1009
(POMC Chapter 3.20 Fire Truck Special Levy Fund and
Ambulance Special Levy Fund), ORDINANCE NO. 1021 (POMC
Chapter 3.24 Water Main Construction Fund), ORDINANCE
NO. 1023, (POMC Chapter 3.28 Water Storage Construction
Fund), ORDINANCE NO. 1119 (POMC Chapter 3.40 Joint Sewer
Treatment Facilities Fund), and REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
1273 (POMC Chapter 3.60) TO CLOSE THE STATE LAND
PURCHASE TRUST FUND AND AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF CASH
BALANCE OF THE STATE LAND PURHCASE TRUST FUND TO WATER -
SEWER OPERATING FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Special Fund known as "L.I.D. Guarantee Fund",
(Ordinance No. 387, Port Orchard Municipal Code 3.04.010-013), is hereby
abolished.
SECTION 2. The Special Fund known as "Parks Fund", (Ordinance No.
553, Port Orchard Municipal Code 3.04.020-021), is hereby abolished.
SECTION 3. The Special Fund known as "Emergency Employment Act
Fund", (Ordinance No. 888, Port Orchard Municipal Code 3.04.050), is hereby
abolished.
SECTION 4. The Special Fund known as "Federal Shared Revenue",
(Ordinance No. 904, Port Orchard Municipal Code 3.04.060), is hereby abolished.
SECTION 5. The Special Fund known as "Cumulative Reserve Fund for
Street Capital Improvements Matching Funds", (Ordinance No. 954, Port Orchard
Municipal Code 3.04.080), is hereby abolished.
SECTION 6. The Special Fund known as "Public Works Employment Act
of 1976 Fund", (Ordinance No. 991, Port Orchard Municipal Code 3.04.090), is
hereby abolished.
SECTION 7. The Special Fund known as "Fire Truck Special Levy Fund
and Ambulance Special Levy Fund", (Ordinance No. 1009, Port Orchard Municipal
Code, Chapter 3.20), is hereby abolished.
SECTION 8. The Special Fund known as "Water Main Construction Fund",
(Ordinance No. 1021, Port Orchard Municipal Code, Chapter 3.24), is hereby
abolished.

SECTION 9. The Special Fund known as "Water Storage Construction
Fund", (Ordinance No. 1023, Port Orchard Municipal Code, Chapter 3.28), is hereby
abolished.
SECTION 10. The Special Fund known as "Joint Sewer Treatment
Facilities Fund", (Ordinance No. 1119, Port Orchard Municipal Code, Chapter
3.40), is hereby abolished.
SECTION 11. A. The Fund known as the State Land Purchase Trust Fund
is hereby repealed (Ordinance No. 1273, Port Orchard Municipal Code, Chapter
3.60), and
B. The Treasurer of the City of Port Orchard is hereby
directed to transfer the cash balance of the State Land Purchase Trust Fund to
Water -Sewer Operating Fund on December 30, 1994.
