AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1994, ORDERING
APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY
TRANSFER.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following appropriations of revenue received in
excess of anticipated amounts, from other financing sources and unencumbered
portions of fund balances are hereby ordered:
(a) An amount of $3,800.00 to the Cumulative Reserve
for Equipment Replacement Fund.
(b) An amount of $80,000.00 to the Water -Sewer
Operating Fund.
(c) An amount of $30,000.00 to the Cumulative Reserve
for Water -Sewer Fund.
(d) An amount of $12.00 to the Water -Sewer Revenue
Bond 1984 Fund.
(e) An amount of $10,385 to the State Land Purchase
Trust Fund.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard and signed by
the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 27th
day of December 1994.
