AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, WASHINGTON VACATING A
PORTION OF TAYLOR STREET.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: a portion of Taylor Street Right -of -Way
further described herein is hereby vacation as requested in
petition submitted by H.M.I., Gary Kucinski.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The south half of Taylor
(Central) Street abutting the north property line
of Lot 1, Block 8, Tom Clines Addition to Sidney,
recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, Page 29, records
of Kitsap County, Washington.
'PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 8th day of February,
