AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
1380; ORDINANCE NO. 1356; ORDINANCE
NO. 1355; ORDINANCE NO. 1152, SECTION
14; ORDINANCE N0. 1054, SECTION 2;
RELATING TO PARKING REGULATIONS AND
PARKING METERS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Port Orchard hereby
repeals the following Ordinances and Sections of Ordinances:
a) Ordinance No. 1380, arid;
b) Ordinance No. 1356, and;-
c) Ordinance No. 1355, and;
d) Ordinance No. 1152, Sections 14 and;
e) Ordinance No. 1054, Section 2
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 8th day of February,
1988.
