AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 756,
SECTION 1, RELATING TO THE AMOUNT FOR
THE FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BONDS FOR
THE OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE
CITY OF PORT ORCHARD.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 756, Section 1 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2. That the amounts for the faithful
performance bonds for the officers and employees of the City
of Port Orchard are fixed as follows:
