AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1376
RELATING TO FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1376 Flood Damage
Prevention as passed by the City Council on the 9th day of
March, 1987 is hereby repealed.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 12th day of December,
