AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, WASHINGTON ADOPTING BY
REFERENCE RCW 46.61.688 RELATING
TO USE OF SAFETY BELTS AND CHILD
RESTRAINT DEVICES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. RCW 46.61.688 is hereby adopted by
reference.
Section 2. Violation of such statute shall be a
traffic infraction.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 12th day of January,
1987.
