AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT b-1ORCHARD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1333, a/g7 SECTION 1; ORDINANCE NO. 1230, SECTION 1 AND ORDINANCE NO. 1229, SECTION 1, (Port Orchard Municipal g157 Code Chapter 10.08.020) INCREASING SPEED LIMITS ON CERTAIN STREETS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: ��Section 1. Ordinance No. 1333, Section 1; rdinance No. 1229, Section 1, (Port Orchard Municipal Code, O'l-A lq-5q Section 10.08.020) are hereby amended to read as follows: 51b9 10.08.020 INCREASE IN SPEED LIMIT. It is hereby determined on the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation, pursuant to RCW 46.61.415, that the speed permitted by State law within those streets and intersections described below should be increased during the time specified: (a) Tremont Street from west city limits to east city limits, thirty miles per hour at all times; (b) Sidney Street from Tremont Street to primary State Highway 16, thirty miles per hour at all times; (c) Port Orchard Boulevard, on all that portion five hundred feet from it's intersection with primary State Highway No. 160 to five hundred feet from it's intersection with Tremont Street, thirty miles per hour at all times; (d) Sedgwick Road from the east city limits to the west city limits, thirty-five miles per hour at all times; (e) Pottery Avenue from it's intersection with Tremont Street to the south city limits, thirty miles per hour at all times except during school hours (7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.); (f) On primary State Highway No. 160, beginning at the west city limits, easterly to a point 0.29 miles west of the i , rsection of West Street and Primary State Highway 160, 35 miles per hour at all times.
