AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
1355, (Chapter 10.12.035 of the Port
Orchard Municipal Code), AND
ESTABLISHING CITY PARKING LOTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Repealer Chapter 10.12.035 of the
Ru.PZqkJ Port Orchard Municipal Code, as adopted by Ordinance No.
by 13 W, 1355, is hereby REPEALED.

SECTION 2. City Parking Lots.
A. The waterfront parking lot shall
consist of four areas which are
designated for clarification purposes
as follows:
Lot 1 - between Orchard Street and
Frederick Streets.
Lot 2 - between Fredrick Street and
Sidney Avenue .
Lot 3 - all parking spaces on library
property.
Lot 4 - all parking areas under City
jurisdiction which lies east
of the east library property
line.
B. Parking in Lots 1, 2, and 3 shall be
subject to time restrictions and fees
are approved by Council Resolution.
C. Parking restrictions in Lots 1, 2, 3
and 4 shall be enforced on a twenty
four hour basis, except Saturday,
Sunday and federal holidays within the
district.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 27th day of April, 1987.
