AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1215
AND ORDINANCE NO. 1211 TO AMEND THE
LEGAL DESCRIPTION THEREIN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Ordinance No. 1215 and Ordinance No. 1211
are hereby amended to read as follows:
THAT: a portion of an unnamed alley located as
follows in Section 26, Township 24N, Range IE, W.M. (S.M.
Stevens Town Plat of Sidney, according to Plat recorded in
Volume 1 of Plats, Page 1, in Kitsap County) be vacated.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Beginning at the Southwest
corner of Lot 1, Block 7, S.M. Stevens Town Plat
of Sidney, thence East 180 feet; thence South 16
feet to Northeast corner of Lot 6 of Block 7;
thence West along the North line of Lots 6, 3 & 2
to the Northwest corner of Lot 2; thence North to
point of beginning.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 26th day of May, 1987.
