J ORCHARD, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.

Orchard Municipal Code), AND
M -q-ESTABLISHING CITY PARKING LOTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Repealer Chapter 10.12.035 of the
Port Orchard Municipal Code, as adopted by Ordinance No.
1378, is hereby REPEALED.
SECTION 2. City Parking Lots.
A. City parking lots shall consist of five
areas which are designated for
clarification purposes as follows:
Lot 1 - between Orchard Street and
Frederick Streets.
Lot 2 - between Fredrick Street and
Sidney Avenue .
Lot 3 - all parking spaces on library
property.
Lot 4 - all parking areas under City
jurisdiction which lies east
of the east library property
line.
Lot 5 - all parking spaces on City
Hall property.
B. Parking in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 shall
be subject to restrictions and fees as
approved by Council Resolution.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 26th day of May, 1987.
