AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, WASHINGTON AMENDING THE
BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1987, ORDERING
APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS AND
AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY TRANSFER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following appropriations of
unreserved fund balance to operating transfers are hereby
ordered:
(a) An amount up to $100,000.00 from Cumulative
Reserve for Water -Sewer for the Wilkins Water Main Project.
(b) An amount up to $100,000.00 from Cumulative
Reserve for Water -Sewer for the new Public Works Building.
SECTION 2. That the City Treasurer is authorized
to transfer up to $200,000.00 from Cumulative Reserve for
Water -Sewer to Water -Sewer Operating to fund the above
mentioned projects.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 24th day of August, 1987.
