AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD FIXING THE AMOUNT OF AD
VALOREM TAXES TO BE RAISED FOR THE
YEAR 1988
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby fixed an amount of
$374,495.00 to be raised by ad valorem taxes for Current
Expense and Street purposes for the year 1988.
SECTION 2. There is hereby fixed an amount of
$62,000.00 to. be raised by ad valorem taxes for General
Obligation Bond Levy, water improvements.
SECTION 3. There is hereby fixed an amount of
$34,727.00 to be raised by ad valorem taxes for Emergency
Medical Services.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 28th day of September,
1987.
