AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, WASHINGTON AMENDING THE
BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1987, ORDERING
APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS AND
AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY TRANSFER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following appropriations of
revenue received in excess of anticipated amounts, from
operating transfers in and unencumbered portions of fund
balances are hereby ordered:
(a) An amount of $4,000.00 to the Emergency
Medical Services Six Year Special Levy Fund.
(b) An amount of $125,000.00 to the Water -Sewer
Operating Fund.
Section 2. That the following reappropriations
of unreserved fund balance to operating transfers are hereby
ordered:
(a) An amount of $43,000.00 in the By -Pass Fund.
(b) An amount of $720,000.00 in the Wastewater
Treatment Facilities Fund.
Section 3. That the following appropriation for
Interfund Loan transfer is hereby ordered:
(a) An amount of $7,700.00 in the Street Fund.

(a) An amount up to $43,000.00 from the By -Pass
Fund to the By -Pass Debt Reserve Fund to close out the
By -Pass construction and repair project.
(b) An amount up to $720,000.00 from the
Wastewater Treatment Facilities Fund with $365,000.00 to the
Water -Sewer Operating Fund and $355,000.00 to the Water -Sewer
Revenue Bond 1984 Fund to close out the Waste Water Treatment
Facility Fund.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 28th day of December,
1987.
