AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, WASHINGTON RELATING TO TOW
AWAY ZONES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A vehicle may be impounded with or
without citation and with or without notice to its owner when
the vehicle is stopped, standing, or parked in a place marked
as a tow -away zone during hours when the provisions
applicable to such zone are in effect.
Section 2. A vehicle may be impounded with or
without citation and with or without notice to its owner when
the vehicle is stopped, standing or parked in violation of
the Revised Code of Washington 46.90.439, 46.90.442,
46.90.457 and Port Orchard Code 10.60.130.
