AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1085 Sl; ORDINANCE
No. 921 S2 and ORDINANCE NO. 614 Sl (Port
Orchard Municipal Code Section 2.12.030)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN:
Section 1. THAT Ordinance No. 1085 S1; Ordinance
No. 921 S2; Ordinance No. 614 S1 and Port Orchard Municipal
Code Section 2.12.030 are amended to read as follows:
2.12.030 Reimbursement of expenses for Volunteer
Firemen. Each regular registered volunteer fireman on the
Port Orchard Volunteer Fire Department shall be reimbursed
at a rate predetermined by the Port Orchard City Council
for expenses for every fire drill attended by such fireman
and every fire call responded to by such fireman, under
the direction of the Fire Chief or a duly designated sub-
ordinate of the Fire Chief.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor of the City of Port Orchard on this 8th day of April,
1985.
